The Junior Section welcomed parent guest speaker, Nelly, to talk about French culture. Focusing on food and clothing, Nelly’s presentation was incredibly informative. Not only did she share what traditional foods are served in different regions of France but she also explained the different dress worn. The children enjoyed seeing the variety of outfits and have been so inspired by the mouth watering photos of the French food that they are determined to try some in future. Our thanks to Nelly for bringing a small bit of France into our classroom.
