Years 3 and 4 did a stunning play of The Jungle Book today in the main hall at Abingdon Prep School. As the Junior Section entered, the parents erupted with cheers and claps. Nobody got anything wrong, hardly even a thing! Favourite parts of the show included Kaa the snake trying to eat the 'deliciousss' Mowgli, the 'brilliant and funny' Colonel Hathi, dancing monkeys and the terrifying roar which heralded the entrance of Shere Khan. The audience were really positive. The rehearsals were hard work but fun and the real thing was even better because the stage was decorated then.
