Under 13s
The senior house matches were a hotly contested affair with some spells of good football, a fast pace and good individual performances. The league format allowed boys plenty of game time with each house playing each other. The final round of games proved crucial with Phoenix securing 3rd place with a 3-2 victory over Dragon while Freddie scored a winner with 30 seconds remaining to secure Unicorn a 2-1 victory over Griffin thus securing them the trophy with their final opponents finishing as very close runners-up.

Under 10s
The Under 10s engaged in a lively football tournament. Each game was entered into with determination and was closely contested by boys who were eager to shine. Some superb goals were scored during the competition – matched equally by some fine goalkeeping and defensive shot blocking. Despite the rain – spirits were high and energy levels were maintained throughout the afternoon. In the end, the final outcome relied on goals scored because two teams were tied for the lead and the result of their match against each other was also a tie! A good afternoon of football – with all boys taking part and enjoying the opportunity to represent their house.
