Today Nicholas competed in the IAPS National Swimming Finals at the K2 Centre in Crawley, West Sussex.
Competing in the Under 13s 50m backstroke, Nicholas won his heat in a personal best time of 29.76 seconds, which was the fastest qualifying time of the two heats and ranked him No. 1 going into the finals. In a time of 30.10 sec. Nicholas won the final and was crowned IAPS National Champion.
We are sure to hear more about his future successes in the swimming pool as he moves on to our senior school, Abingdon, in September.
