On Thursday, all the Houses met for the first time this term to discuss House Charities. Phoenix conducted their House Meeting in the Library, the first time the new library has been used for a House event. It was very encouraging to see so many children take part and present their charities in front of their peers, and also impressive that each House had a least five pupils presenting their charities. The following charities were chosen:
Dragon House – UK Ukrainian Appeal (UKUA)
Griffin House – Helen & Douglas House
Phoenix House – Oxford Food Hub
Unicorn House – SeeSaw Charity
We will be running charity events over the course of the year to support all of these charities.
