In Year 6 maths the boys have been learning about number sequences and particularly the work of Fibonacci. Some of them combined their artistic flair with their newly acquired skill of drawing a Fibonacci spiral as they explored how the pattern is replicated across the natural world. Their maths teachers are delighted that they will be looking at waves, sunflowers and even pineapples in a new mathematical light from now on!
