Six Year 8 pupils took part in the Institute of Engineering and Technology’s Faraday Challenge, along with 5 other Oxfordshire Secondary Schools. This year the institute teamed up with UKRI’s Future Flight Challenge giving them the opportunity to learn about different engineering disciplines, become engineers and work together as a team to build a working model. Much fun was had and many skills were learnt. We hope this inspires them to pursue a career in such an important field of science.
