Year 2 have been working very hard to create their own dinosaurs but they were told that it had to be a “mixed up” dinosaurs. So firstly they got into groups and started the designing process picking their favourite parts of all the dinosaurs they could think of.
Then they had to decide which materials they could use to create the different body parts. Year 2 called in some parent help in the actual Paper Mache and sticking part and the dinosaurs began to take shape.
When the models were completely dry we decorated them with paint. Some and see our dinosaurs in the “flesh” in the Year 2 classroom.
