In RE lessons, Year 8 pupils have been exploring the issue of whether or not there is life after death. They considered not only religious perspectives on this matter, but also evidence such as the testimony of those who have had ‘near death experiences’. After group and class discussion, pupils recorded their initial thoughts. They subsequently wrote an essay on the matter where they reached their conclusion on this much debated issue.
