Year 5 has been exploring animals in art this term in particular owls. We have studied their shapes and textures through planet earth documentaries, pencil studies, painting and now clay!
Using our visualiser to demonstrate we shaped the clay using tooth picks and our hands, adding scraffito details, some even added a base or ‘nest.’
