Reception enjoyed a visit to Cogges Farm to explore the farmhouse and find out what Christmas would have been like during the Victorian times. With gingerbread stars to prepare and cook on the range, wreath making, paper chains and cracker creations we certainly had a fabulous time, whilst we learnt about the origins of each craft. With a carpet picnic around the tree in the Victorian parlour and a bracing race around the meadow we certainly returned with new knowledge and a very festive minibus filled with smiling faces!
