Year 6 has been getting creative in maths as they designed their own cereal boxes as part of our study of 3D shapes, their properties and construction. Rising to the challenge of not just creating a cereal box but marketing it too, the entrepreneurs presented their products along with impressive television adverts to a very appreciative audience. Environmental themes were strong with an emphasis on recycled packaging and one pupil even pledging the delivery trucks to supermarkets would be solar powered.
