Two of our boys in Reception talked to us about what Chinese New Year means to them and their families. We found out how to make lanterns and learnt some very tricky Chinese phrases. The beautiful decoration was very carefully cut out and shows the Chinese character 春 which means ‘spring’. This young man was so proud of his achievement that he independently wrote it into his Happy Days Diary!
