As part of their ICT lessons, our Year 7 pupils have been taking part in the Tycoon Enterprise Competition, part of the Peter Jones Foundation. Working in teams, the pupils had to develop and run a business, from inception (including applying for a ‘business loan’ through Tycoon) to product development, marketing and selling. The project helps pupils develop core enterprise skills – all of which were on display in abundance at their market stalls in the school hall this week!
