It was an action packed few days for our pupils as they got back to basics with an authentic outdoor experience at our annual Year 6 Bushcraft residential trip.
Team building and survival skills were top of the agenda and the children learned first aid skills; how to build water tight shelters, build traps and camouflage themselves. They also had a lot of fun cooking their own burgers and toasting marshmallows on the open fires they had built. A great few days, building on existing friendships (and establishing new ones), having fun and creating life-long memories.
