The annual JPA Quiz was held at the end of January in aid of Riding for the Disabled, our chosen charity for the year. Despite nightmares for some teams and consistent jockeying for position, it was ‘Trainers Anonymous’, the staff team, who pipped the rest of the field to the post with a stable performance throughout. The evening had an added element of equine-related entertainment with three ‘race-night’ horse races being shown which served to really stirrup the emotions! However, the night was enjoyed by everyone and a fantastic £1,420 was raised for the RDA – a great contribution to our ever-growing charity total for the year which is trotting along and risen to over £6,000 already!
