'I am absolutely delighted that it has been such an outstanding year for the 35 boys in Year 8 and I am proud of every single boy’s achievement. Each candidate has passed seamlessly into their senior school of first choice and the variety of destinations include Abingdon, Cokethorpe, Marlborough, Radley and St. Edward’s.
It cannot be said enough, the Year 8 boys are true record-breakers. From among the 25 Common Entrance candidates, no fewer than 96 A grades and 94 B grades were achieved – a remarkable feat.
