Malvern College hosted the 24th National Prep Schools Cross Country Championships this weekend in which around 1000 competitors from over 80 schools took part. An improvement in the weather made for a really good competition in perfect cross country conditions. Abingdon Prep entered teams for both the boys under 11s and under 13s races.

In a field of 282 runners William won the race in a time of 10:18 and is now the IAPS National Prep Schools Champion.  Quinn, still in year 5,  finished not far behind in 5th. The top four scoring runners all finished in the top 30 runners to secure the IAPS Nation Under 11 team competition.
