Year 5 explored the painting of Albrecht Durer ‘Young Hare’ this week in Art. Whilst thinking about Easter and the hopeful visit from the most famous bunny himself, we decided to experiment with mixed media, March hares. We used cotton buds to blend our pencil, wet on wet techniques to apply watercolour and collaging bright flowers for a springtime, Easter effect.
