Abingdon Preparatory School

Introduction to Community

School pupils

School life at Abingdon Preparatory School revolves around form teachers,  boys' houses, clubs and societies. There is also the Parents Association - known as the JPA .

Pupils are divided, according to year-group, into three "schools", pre-prep, middle and upper and boys are all members of a house under the care of a housemaster.

Abingdon Preparatory School is very much a part of the wider community, sharing our facilities, such as the swimming pool with local companies and the new sports centre.

From the School's foundation over 80 years ago, Abingdon Preparatory School has given financial support to boys whose parents could not otherwise afford the fees, through bursaries.
