Katie, our Head of CDT, set the boys a design challenge over the Easter holiday with fantastic results. The boys were asked to upcycle plastic bottles in any way they liked to make something useful or creative. Bottles could be cut, pierced, painted, decorated, hung up, turned into art sculptures, used as storage or heated and squashed into all sorts of different things.
Following the Easter holiday designs are now being brought into school and they are fantastic! The creations will be displayed in the Art & Design Exhibition in May.
