Fencers from Abingdon Prep took part in the Bucks, Berks and Oxon Fencing Picnic.
Gabriele, Edward, Max, Tommy and Dilan all competed in this pairs relay event. They partnered a fencer new to them in a 10 hit relay. In addition, Max because of his age and experience had to fence as the “senior” partner in his pair, and to play “catch up” for his junior when required.
All five boys fenced extremely well with their assorted partners and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
