Rugby All-Stars Skills Camp

The camp is designed to cater for a wide range of ages and abilities. Players will be grouped appropriately on the day to ensure sessions are tailored to their stage of development, allowing everyone to get the most out of their experience.

Sessions will focus on developing core rugby skills in an enjoyable and supportive setting. Players will work on areas such as passing, catching, running with the ball, evasion, tackling technique, and overall game understanding. Activities will be delivered through a mix of skill-based practices, fun challenges, and game-based scenarios to keep players fully engaged.

In addition to rugby-specific sessions, players will take part in athletic development activities designed to improve speed, agility, balance, coordination, and overall movement skills. These sessions are delivered in a fun and age-appropriate way, helping to build strong physical foundations that support both rugby performance and long-term development.

Our coaching team has experience working across minis, juniors and performance pathways, ensuring sessions are well-structured, inclusive, and delivered to a high standard while maintaining a strong emphasis on enjoyment.

Throughout the camp, players will have the opportunity to build confidence, improve their ability, and develop a greater understanding of the game, all while being part of a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
