National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Based at Abingdon School Sports Centre
The NPLQ is a internationally recognised qualification and will cover vital life saving skills, CPR, first aid and pool rescue techniques.
The course will run from 9.00am – 6.00pm every day. You must be 16+ years and in good health and fitness to attend this course.
The day is split into two sessions; theoretical/classroom based activities and a 2-hour pool session. Each participant will be required to wear shorts and t-shirt whilst in the pool.
The cost of this course is £235 (all course materials will be provided).
This qualification is valid for two years.
