**Terms and Conditions** **Eligibility** – All players must be aged 16 or over on the day of the tournament. **Registration and Payment** – Team registration will only be confirmed once the £40 entry fee has been received in full. Registration closes on 11 July. **Arrival Time** – Teams must arrive by 10:30am for registration and the tournament briefing. Matches will begin promptly at 11:00am. **Team Responsibility** – Team captains are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their players and supporters throughout the event. **Respect and Conduct** – Abuse towards players, referees, organisers, or spectators will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to remove any player or team from the tournament for misconduct. **Tournament Format** – Matches will be played in a 5-a-side format. Each team will play a minimum of four group-stage matches. Games will last 15 minutes, and the full tournament rules will be confirmed before the event begins. **Health and Safety** – All participants take part at their own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. **Weather and Cancellation** – In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or amend the tournament format. **Refund Policy** – Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organisers. **Photography and Media** – Photographs and videos may be taken during the tournament and used for promotional purposes. By entering, participants agree to the use of such media unless they notify the organisers in writing before the event. **Organisers' Decisions** – All decisions made by the tournament organisers and referees are final.
