1. Eligibility: All participants must be aged 16 or over on the date of the tournament. 2. Registration and Payment: Team registration will only be confirmed once the £40 entry fee has been received in full. Registration closes on 11 July. The organisers reserve the right to refuse late entries. 3. Arrival and Registration: All teams must arrive by 10:30 am to complete registration and attend the tournament briefing. Matches will commence promptly at 11:00 am. Teams arriving late may forfeit their scheduled fixtures at the organisers' discretion. 4. Team Responsibility: Team captains are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their players and supporters throughout the tournament. 5. Respect and Conduct: Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unsporting behaviour towards players, referees, organisers or spectators will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to issue warnings, remove individual participants, or disqualify teams from the tournament in cases of misconduct. 6. Tournament Format: The tournament will be played in a five-a-side format. Each team will play a minimum of four group-stage matches. Matches will last 15 minutes. The organisers reserve the right to amend the tournament format, fixture schedule or rules where necessary. Full tournament rules will be provided prior to the commencement of play. 7. Health and Safety: All participants take part at their own risk. The organisers accept no liability for any injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property sustained during the tournament, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to take part. 8. Weather and Cancellation: In the event of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to postpone, cancel or amend the tournament format. 9. Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organisers. In the event of cancellation by the organisers, participants will be notified of any refund arrangements. 10. Photography and Media: Photographs and videos may be taken during the tournament and used for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. By entering the tournament, participants consent to the use of such media unless they notify the organisers in writing prior to the event. 11. Organisers' Decisions: All decisions made by the tournament organisers and match officials are final and binding.
