As you will be aware, our facilities are temporarily closed due to the general situation with coronavirus.
Due to the sensitivity of having large numbers of visitors on the school site, a decision was made to suspend swimming lessons last term and we apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We are working towards a phased return of swimming lessons after October half term, however there are quite a lot of implications to consider when operating within a school environment. Therefore, we will be reviewing the position early in October.
In the meantime, we are working on procedures to ensure that we offer a safe environment for all of our customers when we reopen. We can reassure you that we are strictly following the guidance of Swim England and we are currently working on a number of scenarios to be in the best position possible to welcome you back to the centre.
As a valued customer, we very much hope that you will choose to stay with us and we are pleased to offer you a complimentary lesson when we restart our swim school programme. We will issue you with a credit for any lessons that you have missed in addition to this complimentary lesson. If you choose not to stay with us, please let us know and we will issue you with a refund.
