Last week marked the return of our summer Strength and Conditioning Rugby Camp at Tilsley Park, offering participants a week of fun, new friendships, and intensive training and development.

Throughout the week, participants honed their fundamental skills, including injury prevention techniques, passing, catching, and kicking. They also explored advanced gameplay strategies such as attack, defense, breakdowns, and evasion. The sessions were designed to be both informative and enjoyable, fostering a positive and energetic environment.
