We are pleased to announce a brand-new exercise class on the Abingdon Sports and Leisure Club timetable: Dance Fitness. Every Wednesday at 6.45pm in the Sports Centre Studio.

Dance Fitness is an energetic, full-body workout that combines the best elements of dance and fitness. Set to upbeat music, this class helps improve strength, endurance, and coordination, all while burning calories. Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or a beginner, you’ll enjoy moving to the rhythm as you tone your muscles and boost your cardiovascular health. It’s perfect for anyone looking to get fit and have fun at the same time!

This exercise class will be available from Wednesday 29 January, with instructor Edi. Open to both members and non-members, we look forward to welcoming many new and returning faces to this fantastic new addition to the timetable.
