We are delighted to introduce Yogalates as a fresh addition to our exercise class timetable starting from Saturday 1 June.
Yogalates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. Through simple exercises, you will develop your strength, flexibility and stability which will contribute to good posture, joint mobility and reduced stiffness.
This class will take place every Saturday morning at 9am in the Sports Centre Studio with instructor, Lottie.
We look forward to welcoming many new and returning faces. It’s sure to be a fantastic class for all abilities. Members and pay-as-you-go customers are warmly welcomed.
