We understand the importance of exercise to improve both physical and mental health. However, we also know that many people struggle to find the time and motivation to put their health first.

We want to help you. 

Take control of your health, fitness and wellbeing by joining us for a range of fantastic exercise classes available throughout the week, at both Abingdon School Sports Centre and Tilsley Park.

You are also warmly welcome to come along to FREE morning exercise classes throughout April.

  • Tuesday morning – Kettlebells (7.00am-7.45am)
  • Wednesday morning – Circuits (6.30am-7.15am)
  • Wednesday morning- Spinning (9.30am-10.15am)
