Exercise class prices

Our spinning and exercise classes are available to everyone, whether you are a member or a pay-as-you-go customer. We welcome all fitness levels and abilities, so come along and have some fun.

Exercise classes must be booked in advance online or via the app.

Members: Free

Pay-As-You-Go: £11.50 per class

Quick and easy online booking process

To pre-book classes up to 7 days in advance, all you need to do is login to your ‘account’, where you will be presented with our exercise class programme. You can then click on the sessions that you wish to take part in to secure your place.

Alternatively, if you are a pay-as-you-go customer and do not wish to set up an account, please email [email protected] or call 01235 849062 to book.

Our app is available to download by searching for Abingdon Sports and Leisure.

Changes to the timetable: December 2025 - January 2026

Owing to instructor availability, some of our classes will be covered by other instructors during this period.

December 2025 changes to the timetable:

  • Spinning for Beginners will be covered by Edi on Thursday 11 December
  • Dance Fit will be covered by Rosie on Tuesday 16 December
  • LBT’s will be covered by Tom on Wednesday 17 December
  • Yoga will be covered by Jess, who will be running a Pilates class on Wednesday 17 December
  • Spinning for Beginners will be covered by Edi on Thursday 18 December

January 2026 changes to the timetable:

  • From January, Hannah’s Monday morning Pilates will move to Friday at 7am
  • Edi’s morning Kettlebells will move to Wednesday at 7am
  • Rosie will cover Dance Fit on Tuesday 6 January, Tuesday 13 January , Tuesday 20 January and Tuesday 27 January.
