The February half term holidays marked the return of our popular Elite Athletic Development for Rugby camp, led by Sy Wiggall, the founder of the Oxford Youth Strength and Conditioning Academy. Throughout the week, our aspiring young athletes practiced correct, efficient, and safe movement, while also cultivating full-body strength and balance techniques.

Participants learnt about nutrition, how to fuel themselves, breathing techniques, and developing a mindset conducive to a joyful, positive, and successful sporting career. It was a fun-filled week for all!
