It’s been a busy yet rewarding few months for the team at Tilsley Park, as we have hosted 22 school sports days, including seven school partnerships events. It has been a complete joy to see all of the children having fun whilst participating in track and field activities for their annual sports days, where we have also welcomed many parents and guardians who have been able to spectate from the sidelines and cheer on all of the children taking part.
As we now come to the end of the school sports days season at Tilsley Park and, indeed, the end of the academic year, we would like to wish everyone a restful and enjoyable summer break.
Tilsley Park remains open as a sporting venue for club and social booking hire over the summer, so we may well see many familiar faces continuing to enjoy all that we have to offer.
