As you will be aware, we have been operating with a reduced exercise class timetable over the summer months whilst our facilities have been less busy however, we are pleased to confirm that we will be reverting back to a full timetable from Monday 6 September. The timetable will include our popular classes, along with some fantastic new additions, which includes:

  • Boxercise 
  • Legs, Bums & Tums
  • HIIT/Step
  • Kettlebells

To pre-book classes up to 7 days in advance, all you need to do is login to your ‘account’, where you will be presented with our exercise class programme. You can then click on the sessions that you wish to take part in to secure your place. Alternatively, if you are a pay-as-you-go customer and do not wish to set up a membership account, please email [email protected] to book.
