In response to your feedback, we are pleased to announce the addition of Pilates to our exercise class timetable starting from Monday 2 September. This new class will be led by our fantastic new instructor, Hannah, and will take place every Monday at 7am in the Sports Centre Studio.
Pilates focuses on strengthening the body’s core muscles through a series of structured exercises designed to enhance posture, balance, and flexibility. We believe this new offering will be a valuable addition to our fitness program, catering to those looking to improve their physical wellbeing through an effective exercise regimen.
