A resistance full body training session using a barbell and plates. This workout is suitable for all abilities due to the interchangeable weight selection. Choreographed to music, this session works individual muscle groups to failure,  working on a light/medium resistance with high repetition concept. Ideal for those wanting to introduce weights into their schedule under supervision and in an interesting, fun way. A fantastic way to build muscle mass, sculpt/tone, improve bone density and encourage fat loss.
