Our second masterclass of the term sees our cellists enjoy an evening workshop with Leo Popplewell. Alongside a busy recording and performance schedule, Leo is a founding member of the award-winning Mithras Trio and co-principal cello of the London Mozart Players. Experienced within the orchestral world, Leo has also played as guest principal cellist with the London Philharmonic, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Hallé. Leo read music at Clare College, Cambridge before completing his studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
