We have teamed up with Inspire Netball to provide fun, inclusive and high-quality netball coaching for players of all ages and abilities. With a focus on developing confidence, skills and a love for the game, Inspire Netball combines elite coaching insight with an enjoyable learning environment where every player feels supported to reach their potential.
Looking ahead, Inspire Netball aims to expand through camps, school outreach, coach development and online educational resources, helping to inspire the next generation of players and coaches. Inspire Netball is looking to create more opportunities for Netballers, creating spaces for all to Learn, Grow, Belong and Be Inspired.
Meet the coaches
Sophie Siffre
Sophie is a Team Bath NXT Gen defender, Premier League player and qualified Level 2 coach with experience across performance, regional, franchise, school and community netball. She has represented Team Bath through both the U21 and NXT Gen pathways, competed across the England Netball Premier League and represented the UAE internationally, giving her valuable experience within elite netball environments.
Alongside her playing career, Sophie coaches within the regional pathway and has experience coaching in the Team Bath franchise pathway through the ADC and NXT Gen development programmes, as well as delivering coaching in schools and the community. She founded Inspire Netball to make high-quality coaching accessible to players of all ages and abilities, helping bridge the gap between grassroots and performance netball.
Tamryn Settle
Tamryn is an experienced netball coach with a passion for developing players of all ages and abilities. She works across community, university and performance netball and is currently completing the Europe Netball Level 3 Coaching Award.
She is Director of Netball at Thames Mavericks, coaching national premier mixed, regional mixed and men’s squads, Assistant Coach for the RAF Open squad and Team Manager for the England Men’s U23 Trailblazers. Alongside these roles, she’s Head Coach at Reading University and works with players from those discovering the game for the first time to athletes progressing through the performance pathway.
Netball Camps and Masterclasses
Years 6–9 Summer Camp - Book July and August dates
A fun and engaging netball camp designed to develop fundamental skills, game understanding, confidence, and teamwork. Sessions will include technical skill development, game-based activities, match play, and challenges, providing players with opportunities to learn new skills while enjoying the sport.
Suitable for players of all abilities, from those new to netball through to those looking to further develop their skills.

Years 8–11 Summer Camp - Book August dates
Designed for players looking to continue developing their technical and tactical understanding of the game. Sessions will focus on position-specific skills, decision making, game scenarios, and match play in a fun and supportive environment.
Suitable for players of all abilities, from those new to netball through to those looking to further develop their skills.

Performance Camp - Book August dates
A performance camp for committed netballers looking to challenge themselves and prepare for trials and the upcoming season. The day will focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, position-specific work, athletic development, and competitive match play.
Year 9+ players currently competing for school, club, county, pathway, or performance programmes, or with playing experience.

Defence Masterclass - Book July and August dates
A specialist session focusing on defensive footwork, body positioning, intercepting, one-on-one defence, and reading attacking play.
Years 7+. Suitable for players looking to develop defensive skills.

Attack Masterclass - Book July and August dates
A specialist session focusing on timing, change of direction, creating space, ball placement, and effective movement through the court.
Years 7+ Suitable for players looking to develop attacking skills.

Shooting Masterclass - Book July and August dates
A specialist session focusing on shooting technique, circle movement, rebounding, holding space, and match-play shooting scenarios.
Years 7+. Suitable for shooters or players interested in developing shooting skills.
