Fencing Weapon Test Box
I designed a small toolbox which has the secondary purpose of
being able to test if fencing weapons are working or not. I first
had to assess the problem and how it could be solved, and
then work out what the target market would be and how I
would make my design aestheHcally pleasing towards them.
I made sketches and 3D models of many concepts and ideas,
and from these I was able to create a working design that
filled all the criteria that it needed to do in order to be
successful.
Once I was then certain of my design I made it using suitable
materials and ensuring it was finished to a high enough quality
that it would look good enough to be on show.
