AS Product Design
The lower sixth designers follow the product design course offered by AQA.
They were tasked this year to develop a branded product. They approached this in one of
two ways. Some students idenAfied a product to manufacture and then researched a
possible brand who may make such a product. Others researched the brand more heavily
and tried to idenAfy a gap in their product range.
Both routes allowed them to develop and model a range of soluAons from
which they then produced a final working prototype.
