Drum Kit Tidy
My product was built to try and solve the storage needs of a
drummer. The product holds drum sBcks, books, headphones and
an iPad that as a product specificaBon had to be held at a 110º
angle so the drummer could use it. Another specificaBon was for it
to blend in with the surroundings (in this case the drum kit). I am
really happy with how the product turned out, because it will be
pracBcal for me in the future. I also think the product looks very
good and well manufactured.
When making the product, I had a few complicaBons. One of which
was managing my Bme, this was because during the first few
months of the project I did not work parBcularly efficiently resulBng
in me having to rush during the remaining months of the project.
Another complicaBon was that the storage device had to fit in quite
a small gap, I solved this problem by making the product curved so it
sits parallel to the top surface of the drum.
