Move to co-education Abingdon welcomed its first co-educational cohorts to the First Year and Sixth Form in September 2026. We will be welcoming girls to Third Year from September 2028. We believe the best way to prepare young people for their future is to create a dynamic environment where girls and boys learn, collaborate, and grow together, so they are ready for a world in which they will work, study and live together side by side. We are very proud of our educational offering which focuses on the life of the mind and developing intellectual curiosity. Alongside this, our Other Half programme offers an enormous range of co-curricular activities, each designed to promote personal development.
