12 Registration The safety of our students is our top priority. To ensure a secure environment, our House staff maintain a clear understanding of every boarder's whereabouts throughout the term. We view Registration as a key moment in the day to check in with each student and ensure they are well. We encourage our boarders to enjoy their downtime, but it is essential that we know where they are. Going off-site: Whether heading out in the evening or over the weekend, boarders must sign out in person with the Duty Tutor. They simply need to share where they are going, who they are with, and when they plan to return. Returning to the House: As soon as a boarder returns to the House, they must check back in with the member of staff on duty. Signing in and out Regular registrations are held throughout the week to provide structure and security.
