A Review of Michaelmas Term On Saturday 4 September, prior to the start of term, the OA Club welcomed former pupils back to Abingdon for a full day of events. OA Rugby took place in the morning with the Over and Under 23 match ending in a draw to the delight of spectating OAs, current pupils, parents and staff alike. In the afternoon the 2018, 2019 and 2020 leavers were able to return to School for their Year Group Reunions held in Lacies Court garden. With the new academic year underway it was time to look forward to a packed programme. Michaelmas term events included an insightful Media Career Networking event in London as well as the annual Sixth Form Careers Evening attended by 55 OAs and over 150 pupils. The term ended with the Club’s flagship London Drinks Reception as well as a Festive Drinks event in Abingdon.
