A series of assemblies through the week looked at the themes of ‘Expressing Yourself’ and ‘Positive Mental Health’. The boys learnt that there are five main steps to mental wellbeing: • Connecting with other people, • Being physically active, • Learning new skills, • Giving to others, • Paying attention to the present moment. The week ended on a high with boys and staff ‘Expressing Themselves’ by dressing up for online and keyworker school.
