Abingdon Impact Report

14 Over 1,000 pupils and staff took part in the School’s 10 mile Biennial Sponsored Walk. Pupils were encouraged to make the challenge their own with some choosing to run, canoe or row the route. The causes chosen by pupils to be supported by the walk in September 2018 were Mary’s Meals, which aims to ensure that every child in the world is able to get a school lunch, and Crisis, which is a national charity that works to end homelessness within the UK.
