Over the course of the summer break, 3rd year pupil Theo Mara represented one of the two National Independent Schools Football Association U14 squads at the Oakham Festival having been selected through three rounds of trials over the course of last year. This was a great achievement, competing against academies including Bristol Rovers, Fife, Histon, Aldershot and TFA Ireland. An impressive achievement, and a first for an Abingdon pupil in recent years.
