Luke Prior, now in the third year, spent time during his second year looking into the history of the room that was converted over the summer in to the Lower School Houseroom. With the help of Mrs Wearne, the School Archivist, he found out that the room was originally an open air covered play area, before being turned in to the Dining Hall in the 1920s. It then became the Grundy Library in 1974. Luke found photographs showing the different uses of the room and these have now been framed and are on display in the Lower School Houseroom.
