26 boys representing three of this year's YE companies spent Saturday selling their products in Templar's Square Shopping Centre, Cowley.
It was a long day with few customers (maybe due to the FA Cup football game) but the boys did not let anyone past without a polite and cheery greeting. This paid off with Unika receiving the award for Best Customer Service and Mirage gaining Highly Commended for Customer Service. Mrs Griffiths was immensely proud of the boys and gaining 2 of the 6 awards when there were 20 other teams was a tribute to their perseverance and professionalism. Unika were the top sellers taking over £200 in sales and orders for their customised plaques.
The YE event also received a mention in the Oxford Mail.
